4. Payment

To confirm any order, 50% of the total order value must be paid in advance as a reservation deposit.

Production will begin only after the advance payment has been successfully received.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment method before or upon delivery.

All products are prepared with care to ensure the highest quality.

Estimated production and delivery time is within 30 calendar days from the date the reservation payment is confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Customers are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid if Rafeeq fails to deliver the order within 30 calendar days from the confirmation of the reservation payment.

Since most products are manufactured specifically for each order, cancellations or returns after production has started are not accepted unless:

* The product has a manufacturing defect.
* The wrong product was delivered.
* Applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
